Jordan Carroll
Office Staff Member
Jordan started working at Wrights in the fall of 2017, while she was still attending high school at North Henderson. She was born in Hendersonville, North Carolina and has been married for almost a year now. Here at Wright’s, Jordan schedules projects and ensures that each project runs smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, photography, painting, and spending time outdoors.
Jamie Huneycutt
Warehouse Manager
Jamie joined the Wright’s team in July of 2020. He was born in Albemarle, North Carolina and is married with a one-and-a-half-year-old son. Jamie is the warehouse manager here at Wright’s and handles all distribution of materials while ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment. In his free time, Jamie enjoys playing golf, watching football, and spending time with family.
Josh Cameron
Office Staff / Chimney Sweep
Josh started here at Wright’s in September of 2015 and was born in Greenville, South Carolina. He is married with 2 kids, an older daughter and a younger son. Here at Wright’s, Josh is part of the installation crew, he performs administrative tasks, and reviews our filing system. In his free time, Josh enjoys kayaking, spending time with family, painting, and spending time outdoors.

Josh Wright
Owner Operator & NFI Certified Crew Leader
Josh, Tom and Karen’s oldest son, started working over the summers at Wright’s when he was 12 years old. In 2004, he became part owner in the business and today he oversees the chimney crews for wood/solid fuel installations, chimney sweeping and repairs. Josh is instrumental in research and development for the family business. In his free time, Josh enjoys researching different business tactics, fishing, spending time with his wife and two children.
Levi Wright
Levi Wright gas technician and owner
Levi, Tom and Karen’s youngest son, started full time here at Wright’s after he graduated high school in 2005. He became part owner in the company in 2007 and earned his North Carolina gas piping license in 2009. Levi handles all of the gas installations for Wright’s, as well as overseeing the gas service division. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with his wife, and two children, as well as playing golf.
Jim Ray
Metal and Wood Fabricator
Jim started here at Wright’s in 2014, but has worked in the remodeling and fabrication business most of his life. Jim attended a continuing education course at Fayetteville Technical Community College for construction, and still to this day loves fabricating new things and seeing what new ideas can be created. In his free time he enjoys hunting gemstones and medicinal plants located in the Appalachian Mountains.
Juan Hernandez
Chimney Technician
Juan started in the fall of 2016 after working in the concrete business for 5 years. He graduated from Hendersonville High School, where he won state competitions for soccer and track. He currently owns a german shepherd and a husky who he enjoys taking to the lakes and hiking trails located throughout Western North Carolina.
Bill Hartshorn
Chimney Technician
Bill first started at Wrights in 2010 as a chimney technician. Today Bill mainly helps with installations and remodeling. In the past, Bill worked with concrete and drove heavy equipment. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, going on Jeep rides, and traveling to the beach.
Meet the Owners & Founders: Tom & Karen Wright
Tom and Karen started this business over 25 years ago in their kitchen, while Karen ran the books and Tom cleaned chimneys. Before they started Wright’s Hearth Heat and Home, Tom was in the United States Navy for 4 years. Tom and Karen were married right after high school and have been happily married for over 40 years. Tom and Karen have 2 sons and 4 grandchildren with whom they love spending time. In their free time they enjoy traveling, golfing, reading books and spending time with each other.
